You’ll work closely with clients and team members to lead integrated communication strategies from inception to design to implementation and through analytics and reporting. Your impact and responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will:

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide strategic communications counsel and advice to clients

• Own client relationships and manage accounts to deliver exceptional client service

• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across paid, earned, shared, and owned media (PESO)

• Oversee the development of media and social media monitoring and analytics reporting

• Design, plan, and implement effective virtual and in-person stakeholder engagement and consultation processes

• Contribute to new business development, including drafting proposals and engaging with prospective clients

• Manage project budgets

Your role extends beyond communications, though; it’s about building lasting connections with clients and providing strategic solutions with a practical and realistic approach.

Qualifications and what we’re seeking

To thrive in this role, you need a background in a related field, 3-6 years of experience, and a degree or advanced diploma/certificate in public relations, marketing, or communications. While not required, experience in an agency setting delivering integrated communications, including social and digital communications, would be valuable.

You must be a self-starter and proactive in tackling work and delivering results for clients. You’re a strong writer with the ability to create engaging content through effective storytelling. You’ll also need to be collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on elevating others (our clients and our team).
