You’ll work closely with clients and team members to support integrated communication strategies from inception to design to implementation and through analytics and reporting. Your impact and responsibilities As an Associate, you will:

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide strategic communications counsel and advice to clients

• Deliver exceptional client service

• Support the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies across paid, earned, shared, and owned media (PESO)

• Conduct media and social media monitoring and analytics reporting

• Support public affairs and advocacy efforts, including legislative monitoring and drafting briefing materials

• Support the designing, planning and implementation of effective virtual and in-person stakeholder engagement and consultation processes

• Contribute to new business development, including drafting proposals

Your role extends beyond communications, though; it’s about building lasting connections with clients and providing strategic solutions with a practical and realistic approach. Qualifications and what we’re seeking To thrive in this role, you need a background in a related field, 1-3 years of experience, and a degree or advanced diploma/certificate in public relations, marketing, or communications. While not required, experience in an agency setting delivering integrated communications, including social and digital communications, would be valuable. You must be a self-starter and proactive in tackling work and delivering results for clients. You’re a strong writer with the ability to create engaging content through effective storytelling. You’ll also need to be collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on elevating others (our clients and our team).
